By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FOMO Academy is a free educational website providing general, plain-language information about blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and related concepts. The Service is informational only: it does not offer accounts, wallets, trading, custody, brokerage or any financial product or service, and it does not process transactions in digital assets.

All Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The Service may link to third-party websites, aggregators, explorers, documentation and tools, which are run by other organisations. These are provided for convenience and education only. We do not control or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products or services. Verify URLs independently — fraudulent copies of popular crypto sites are common.

Unless stated otherwise, the Content, design and code of the Service are owned by FOMO Academy and protected by applicable law. You may read and share links to our Content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish or exploit it without permission.

Because we do not require accounts, ending your use simply means you stop visiting; any limited data we hold is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
